The nice editors over at Brightly compiled a terrific list of kids’ books featuring girls, all written by female authors. Have a look and see if you can find your favorite! (I’m in there, too, with a recommendation of my own called And This Is Laura, a book I read as a much younger girl and rediscovered quite recently).
